My goal as a loan originator is to be able to see my clients' vision of their future. To best help my clients I have to understand their goals and that involves knowing my client well enough to know what bank works best for them and which loan program they would benefit from. The lovely thing about Prime Rate Mortgage is that we work with the best mortgage banks in the US that are as unique as our borrowers. Our job is to match our clients with the right bank based on their needs.Every person’s goals are different so the loan process is slightly different with each client. I  have borrowers that come to me looking for their first home for their growing family to borrowers that come to me looking for their first commercial space for their business. 

What I love about my job as a  loan officer is that I get to walk my clients through their biggest financial transaction in their lifetimes. It is a privilege to get to guide them from beginning to end on that process and make their real-estate transaction as easy and smooth as possible.

Mi meta como prestamista es ser capaz de comprender la visión de mis clientes sobre su futuro. Para lograr ayudar a cada cliente debo entender sus metas, para ello es importante conocerlos y comprenderlos suficientemente bien para encontrar el banco que mejor se ajuste a sus necesidades y que cuente con el mejor programa de préstamos para su beneficio.
La mejor parte de Prime Rate Mortgage es que trabajamos con los mejores bancos hipotecarios de los Estados Unidos, comprendemos que cada cliente es único y necesita un banco único para cubrir sus metas. Mi trabajo es encontrar el banco ideal para nuestros clientes basándome en sus necesidades durante su compra. Siempre tengo claro que las metas de cada uno de mis clientes es diferente por ello su proceso debe ser personalizado y tratado especialmente. He trabajado con familias que están en busca de su primer hogar hasta emprendedores buscando el espacio comercial ideal para su negocio.

Lo que más amo de mi trabajo como prestamista es poder acompañar a mis clientes durante la transacción financiera más importante de sus vidas. Es un privilegio poder guiarlos desde el comienzo hasta el final de este proceso logrando que su experiencia financiera en bienes raíces sea agradable y tan sencilla cómo sea posible.
